Cancellation 

Policy

When you schedule an appointment at Bellasano, we reserve that time especially for you. Our cancellation policy ensures we can offer every available appointment to our clients, and that our talented stylists are respected and compensated for their time and expertise.

  • We respectfully request at least a 24-hour notice if you are not able to come to your appointment.

  • For any client who cancels with less than 12 hours notice, we will add a charge for 50% of your scheduled appointment to your next service at checkout.

  • For any same day cancellations or no-shows, we will add a charge for 50% of your scheduled appointment to your next service at checkout.

  • If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, you may be asked to reschedule. We will add a charge for 50% of your scheduled appointment to your next service at checkout.

Please understand that when you cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive the services they want. We appreciate your loyalty and support of our dedicated salon team, and thank you for continuing to choose Bellasano!
